Coolest shop in London! Brilliant design, exquisite wares and lovely friendly staff. An excellent experience from start to finish and well worth a visit!
Spent £300 + £6 next day delivery. Got 5/12 items sent, of that 5 4 were the wrong color. Have attempted to contact the team for close to 2 weeks to no avail. It seems they're struggling in trading - do not recommend engaging with them until resolved.
Sorry to say, feels like they are going bust. No sign of any life at customer service, my order of £400 now very late and I fear money could be lost. Will try get it back from the credit card company. Despite all this, marketing emails arriving every other day from Conran Shop encouraging more sales. Caveat emptor!
Ruined valentine's day, failed to deliver the correct item. Replacement not fulfilled in a timely manor.
