Went to Connolly's for the first time last night and my husband and I loved it! It's a fabulous little place - what a gem! Extremely good food, service and atmosphere! Will be going there again very soon! Thank you all at Connolly's for such a lovely evening! xx
Got a early table on the Friday evening for my wife, 6 & 4 year old girls & myself. Greeted by a lovely lady daughter of the owner. The service was 5*, the food was delicious. The beers were lovely, the restaurant very clean. My only mon is the price & portions of some items. £6 for 4 meatballs, some items rather small & some were just right. Our bill for a small family children hardly eat! was £112. £6 for 3 glasses of blackcurrant cordial for the kids. Note to self, bring own bottles of squash. I would definitely come back, I would also very much recommend but would recommend mostly for couples rather than families. And would avoid the smaller portion items that I feel are price wrong. Overall, food lovely, service great & would look forward to coming back soon

Myself & husband visited family run 'Connollys' mid April & had a lovely warm welcome when we walked in, gorgeous food - chilli & nachos had a really good depth of flavour especially lots to choose from on the menu & there was a relaxed atmosphere & the waitress 'Hannah' was so helpful & accomadating. Will definitely go back again when we are in the area!

The atmosphere and food is great. A lovely selection of Tapas. Good wine too. A must visit, portions are great.
We love this place, unassuming from riving past but a great vibe and lovely food and drink. Big tables too so excellent space for a group.
Superb food. Don't be fooled by the ordinary exterior: the food here is the star and was absolutely superb. Tapas is listed on a blackboard and changes as dishes sell out and new ones are cooked. Everything is homemade. Fantastic fish, wonderful tortilla and don't miss the chicken with mozzarella Add to that a fantastic selection of artisan gins and other spirits we counted more than 20 gins alone!, and friendly, welcoming service. it's a perfect place for lunch or dinner. Serves all day.
Don't be fooled by the exterior. Inside is great. Loads of beers, wines is good. Big selection of sprints. Food smelled good didn't eats here though staff dead friendly and cosy atmosphere. Update: have eaten here as well now and that's great. Gone from 4 to 5 stars!
