The office staff are incredibly rude and arrogant, we tried to return some cladding that their calculator over ordered and we were greeted with looks of disgust, argued with and tried to make look foolish. We were told that their drivers were just drivers and wouldn’t have know better that to protect them whilst off loading and we should have. At no point when buying were we told they wouldn’t except returns! Over all not a great experience. They were quite happy to take our money though.
This is where I buy all my steel. It's excellent quality.
