I have been with this practice for more than 20 years. Polite friendly not only cares so much about your pets but cares how you are feeling when your pet is in fro treatments they are all so kind and dont rubbish your protective feeling about your dogs i think.they like to see that you really love and care about your animals. Very special team.

Friendly team from the front desk through to the vets and the care staff , great with my pet patient and caring  , fully explains everything in great detail  helpful with everything I need advice of 
Always available to help  and I can always get appointments very quick and short notice

I took Rosie to the vets yesterday as she had been up scratching her ear all night. The vet was lovely she was so kind she cleared her ears out all the time saying endearment all the way through to Rosie. Excellent service thank you Congleton Veterinary Centre.

Wonderful service with great staff. I have been going to this practice for 5 years plus and would not want to go anywhere else now. My cats are in the best and safest hands possible. Their prices are very good and it's evident that the staff are in the business for the love of animals and not just for money...which makes a refreshing change!

5* service, excellent service in every way, from the receptionist, the nurses to the vets, nothing is too much trouble. Very caring and spend time explaining things to you, never rushing you. Apart from caring for our own dog and 3 cats, they took in without hesitation a friends dog that I was looking after even though she was not registered with them. Heres a photo of "Sugar" whose life they saved.
