Lisa had cut and coloured my hair and did a good job. I turned up for my usual app and was asked if Carol could colour it as they were very busy. I said yes as long as you make sure she does it as you do it. She bleached it for too long and most of it fell out on one side. When I complained they blamed me, said they warned me not to bleach it again. This was a very upsetting experience and as my hair was long it took over 2 years to get my hair back to what it was. Very poor
