Very aggressive definitely and I only went to make appointment. I didn't bother making the appointment after my experience.

By far and away the worst hairdressing experience ever, and that's saying a lot, considering I once had my hair cut by a guy with a straight razor.
One expects a certain amount of resentment and passive aggressive bitchiness from women who's profession it is to cut and colour the dead matter extruding from the heads of strangers, but this place takes first prize in rudeness.
In fact, after my experience here, I feel like starting a 'Passive Aggressive Hairdressers' league and immediately declaring Concept 3 the winners. The price for this would be 3 minutes of me whispering hair related insults into their ears as they look at pictures of cute puppies. Every time they saw a puppy after that, they would feel how many of their customers must feel. I'd then breed a massive pack of labrador puppies (by far the cutest puppies in my opinion), and make it my life's mission to walk them up and down Grover's arcade at peak times.
