Needed some documents scanned and photocopied for job interview this month and as I had paid to have this done when the CDT office was in Drummond Street, Comrie I went to the new office at Cultybraggan. On arrival I was spoken to at the door by an apparently rather condescending man who told me that they do have photocopiers and scanners but this is not a service they provide, but if I got really stuck I could come back! Not really an ideal service to the local community! I personally feel a little more flexibility rather than a somewhat obstructive, petty approach in matters like this would give a much better impression of CDT than the one formed this morning. Perhaps some interpersonal skills and customer care courses would be food for thought as to where to start?
