Store on Aberystwyth, Extremely unprofessional behaviour from the staff, malevolent workers and bad business practices, spiteful and downright hostile, as well as excessively rough/uncaring with computer parts.
Excellent service! Adam at the Oswestry branch gave me a realistic prognosis on my malfunctioning printer. Barely an hour later, it was fixed. Friendly, helpful and informative - bendigedig, diolch yn fawr.
Adam was fantastic, helped me find my perfect laptop even though I had a massive list of demands. He did me a good deal and made the whole process very easy. Could not recommend more!
Excellent service. Went in with what turned out to be a terminaly ill pc. No matters replacement was built for me within the hr. Friendly and as capable as it gets, and as for value for money, well had to insist on them having a tip as I felt that they undercharged for what I got. 5 stars across the board use with absolute confidence and may be a little surprise how little they charge.
