Initially contacted Complete to do a valuation. Josh was thorough and reassuring. He had very evidently done his research into similar properties on the market to give an accurate valuation which I trusted. On this basis we decided to sell with Complete, and every member of the team we met everyone except the big boss had the same reassuring, kind and competent manner. Everyone went the extra mile to help and ensure things went smoothly. Fantastic team. Highly recommend them!
We found our dream home with Complete. They have been very professional throughout the whole buying process, always prompt to answer any questions we may have. They have facilitated visits to the new property when we requested and kept good communication between the developer and ourselves to provide updates on construction progress. For us, it has been a positive experience to work with Complete. We worked with Lauren who has assisted us throughout, alleviating some of the stress of buying a new home. I would happily recommend them.
We have recently rented a great flat through Complete. The whole process was seamless and stress free! Great communication throughout both email and on the phone. Now we are tenants we have access to a portal to report maintenance issues which is incredibly user friendly, time saving and efficient. Many thanks again to the team in Newton Abbot!
My partner and I just bought a house through complete and the whole experience was so easy! Five stars are not enough. Josh and Becky were both amazing right from the start. They worked so hard for me both from the selling and the buying side. I was always given expert advice and support. I was also kept updated at all times, very important! The whole team were friendy and always helpful. I can 100% recommend this estate agents to others whether buying or selling.

Sara was very professional, friendly and approachable. The viewing of the house was very informative and we felt at ease. She organised our move to a rented property promptly, taking into account our personal situation and circumstances. We cannot thank her enough, she has been brilliant.
Bradley contacted me after I showed an interest in a house they were advertising. From the get go he was professional, friendly and welcoming. After some initial conversation, it was clear that I wasn't ready to buy my house wasn't even on the market yet and I had a lot of questions regarding the buying and selling process. Previous experience with other Estate Agents was that at this point, if I wasn't buying or selling then they weren't interested and would end the conversation there. Bradley, instead , was more than keen to help me. He knew the possibility of me using his services at this present time were slim but he still wanted to offer me some advice. I was blown away with this response and of course welcomed the help. He came over and did a thorough valuation of my house. Afterwards he spoke to my partner and I about what the market was like, what my potential options were etc, he must of been there for an hour and didn't rush us at all - so friendly and helpful!. He recommended a fantastic mortgage advisor Pointers Financial-I have nothing but praise for them too with their immediate willingness to help - I had an appointment with them within 2 hours! As he was leaving, it was pretty clear that I wouldn't be buying or selling yet but planned to in the near future, yet he still proceeded to offer more much welcomed advice - how to prepare my house for sale, ideas to improve it/de-clutter etc, so when the time comes I would be ready. Whilst I was not in a position to use their services yet, I have been very impressed with their all round attitude, professionalism, friendliness and willing to help. I have put their contact details in my diary to ensure I use them when the time comes! I have absolute confidence that when I am ready to buy/sell, they will do a fantastic job. This review doesn't give them enough credit!! I will 100% be recommending them to everyone! Thanks for all your help Bradley!
