I really feel we had exceptional service from Jo. She was completely professional and knowledgeable throughout the remortgage process, keeping us informed at every turn and was always friendly, calm and reassuring. Thanks to her foresight and extensive market knowledge, we managed to secure a low fixed rate deal at an early stage - which was extremely lucky for us when we now see how high rates have risen. We are very grateful for Jo's expertise and commitment to finding us the best deal possible. We have used Complete Mortgages for a number of years and would never go anywhere else, we would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Our purchase was a drawn out process but our broker, Jo Frankowski, was there every step of the way.
