Used the library for printing services. I was quite impressed by the facilities available inside; I didn't know that this place was more than just a library.nnMy membership had expired but the member of staff was extremely helpful in setting up my membership for renewal and pointing me in the right direction to be able to print.nnIt only cost me 20p to print off one page which is very reasonable.nnThe only downside is there's nowhere to park unless you're willing to pay the council's parking charges in the carpark for the town.nnThere was a job place inside,also spotted coffee machines and a sit down area. Seemed a nice little community hub for people.nnWould definitely return for the printing service as it was very easy and cheap to do.

The staff are super attentive and polite.   They welcomed my husband and I well, even though our English was limited!nnThe environment is very clean and organized.

Brilliant place with so many services and lots activities for the community. Amazing staff, who will go out of their way to help anyone.nThe building is wheelchair accessible, with toilets and a café too.

Attended the library today .... it's been many years since I have used the library but what an amazing experience I had .... staff so friendly and helpful in particular a lady called Jenny and a lady who was on the front desk who helped me with printing items. Lovely atmosphere.... everyone helping each other ... I was so impressed.. thank you for going the extra mile  the staff made my experience wonderful

Loads going on and really friendly and helpful staff. You can immediately see why this is now called a Hub and not a library. I was here showing people boardgames with People's Meeples.
