Dr singh is a fraud. worst dental office in nj. She does procedures that are not needed so she can bill insurance. Has no bedside manner, very dismissive. Office is severely mismanaged . Receptionist on both floors are the only ones with sense. Will be reporting this office as much as i can. Do not go here!
Today was the 2nd time seeing dr. Puri not too sure if that’s the correct spelling of the name and not only did i wait 1 hour to be seen my i was the 2nd patient but when she went to see me if she spend 5 minutes with me was a lot, she got in the room and was on her phone 3 minutes texting and 2 minutes doing my cleaning if you can call that a cleaning because she didn’t do anything, she stated i have a cavity and when i asked if she was going to fix it, she stated i’m too busy my friend you gonna have to come back another day, now she will charged my insurance for pretty much texting while she was in the room with me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS Dr.
Dr. Puri is exquisite and awesome doctor. Excellent bedside manner and outstanding knowledge. All around awesome. I'm elated with the end results. you will leave happy.
Dr. Puri was amazing! I hate going to the dentist but she's truly the only person I've come back too. She took me in multiple times, even for last minute appointments and she was always so attentive and caring to my preferences. She really took her time with me and made me feel comfortable with her entire team. They were so kind and welcoming. Thank you Dr. Puri and to your team for making my teeth whole again!! :
All of the women who work here are nice and so respectful but I went here the year before last and I had the worst experience and yes I still hold a grudge...I heard one of the drs talking about me in Spanish I guess he didn't know I understood Spanish and he very clearly said I've had my wisdom teeth in since I was 15 and that I'm probably trying to just get pain medication and that's why I haven't taken them out even tho I explained I didn't have insurance for a couple years and that's why I couldn't get them taken out before not sure which Dr because I heard it while I was in the hallway I just know he was male the actual experience wasn't bad but I feel like I was being judged and that's weird to me
Dr. Garcias is the most disgusting person I have ever encountered please go somewhere else don’t waste your time he literally cleaned the floor and if I didn’t tell him to change his gloves he would’ve put his dirty hands in my mouth. Disgusting and rude worse of the worse.
I want to start by saying this is the worst service i have ever encounter in my life. I have never wrote a bad review in my life. Please believe all the negative comments, because they are true. The male Hispanic Dental assistant was so disrespectful even told me to shut up. The girls in the 2nd receptionist desk WOW OMGHEEE i have no words. They were all so rude and so disrespectful. I couldn't believe they treat patients like that. I honestly felt i was going to get attack by everyone. I took my mom and dad of 82 yrs old there and i wish you can see how we were treated. I will be reporting this office to the Better Business bureau. I truly hope this reviews help someone.
My sister had an appointment for a teeth cleaning in the fall. On appointment day, the cleaning was halfway done since the equipment "broke down". We were moved to a new room. The dentist was in a rush so she barely touched her and gave us a paste to clean her teeth at home. She also told us that she my sister had a cavity. She advised us to schedule a new appointment because insurance "required a new appointment". I am checking with the insurance on this. I scheduled an appoinment for 11am. I was called to a room at 11:30am and the work to fix the cavity started at noon. During this time, the dentists and nurses are switching back and forth seeing other patients. Both the lack of respect for a patient's time and unprofessionalism are obvious. The above are all reasons for the rating of 2 stars.
Excellent care! Always treated me on time every time. Place is super clean and great ventilation.
Worst of the worst only reason I went to them was because they were the only ones with Emergency appointments but they do horrible jobs. My daughter cracked her front tooth and the temporary they used on her wasn’t even color matched to the closest color they had and it looked like they put a molar on her front tooth. Never again!!! After this visit today I will never come here again
