This was my second stay and there was a slight mix up caused by myself however everything was sorted out and had a really enjoyable stay. The room was bright well furnished in a modern decor as was the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and cosy. Excellent carpark at rear which is a real bonus for me. Staff are warm friendly and helpful and will definitely come back when I am next up for business.nThank you.

Rooms were clean, but noisy and very run down. Particularly the bathroom is in need of refurbishment due to its burned in stains.nnAlness itself has no appeal at all. City is mostly grim and low income. No restaurants nearby.
Stayed here with my family, great room ! Looks like it has recently been refurbished to a luxury standard. They had proper beds for the kids which is rare! Staff were very friendly and the restaurant downstairs served delicious food, over all we were very impressed
So much nicer in the restaurant now they have done it up! Very impressed, the restaurant is lovely and modern, looks much more like a hotel restaurant. The food was a little on the pricey side, but not overly so, the food is definitely more aesthetically appealing and much better quality! The Balmoral chicken was fantastic.
