This is a hidden gem. What a great venue and very attentive staff. We catered from a van outside but could easily cater indoors too
When in town, I always pop in to their cafe. Homemade cakes and lovely sandwiches are available. Coffee is great, as are the staff that work there.
Went for a comedy night. Although we had booked we weren't allocated seats and even though there were signs up asking people not to leave odd seats empty, the staff that were directing people to seats had no clue and were asking groups of 4 people to sit in an area where 5 could have sat. It was absolute chaos.
Little cafe area. Friendly staff, enticing reasonable priced cakes, regular latte plenty. Down stairs. Clean loos, nice place with comfy chairs to sit & be quiet or read book. Main hall with stage for evening entertainment, excellent size for wedding reception.
What a lovely venue! Have just attended the Commemoration Hall for a 5 day training course, using the room upstairs. I'm sure we were a pain some days and over stayed opening hours, but the staff were extremely lovely & very polite. The food there is amazing too, always very busy with regular faces, clearly using it as a central meeting hub! An all round lovely place, in a great location.
A great cafe the brownies are heavenly and venue. We went to their first comedy club night and saw the legend that is Milton Jones. Hilarious!!
A place of wonder. Now a vital community space this magnificently refurbished hall offers breathing space, a great place to meet, some wonderful events and a great cup of coffee. Go Huntingdon!!
The Hall is ideal for a quiet catchup with a friend - the staff are terrific and rightly proud of the venue, with its large glass roof providing natural light. A calming place to escape the outside world for a while.
A really lovely venue run by volunteers and hosting lots of great shows. Great atmosphere and friendly folk
Great venue. Excellent atmosphere and staff are very welcoming and helpful. Their programming is very eclectic and exciting.
