Used for the first time last night, picked us up quickly. Excellent service, text messages to keep you informed. Driver was very polite and chatty. Car was lovely inside & out. Will use again. Definitely recommend

Just been collected by the lovely Paul - he was refreshingly early which was perfect. Very, very impressed by Comet - shan't be using another taxi service in Shrewsbury from now on!

Booked a taxi on their app, it turns up the next street down the road (not for the address we booked) so we walk towards it and despite my frantic waving it drives off! We phoned it in but they implied it was our fault and we’d have to wait for the next one in a half hour. App now deleted and we got our cab from Vincents the old fashioned way with just a 10 min wait...

Always get friendly drivers with great local knowledge and clean cars. Never had any problems and always get me to where I need to go on time.
