The walk around Coombe Valley was wonderful and very beautiful except for a pathway next to the Haven Holiday Park where there was an unbelievable amount of unbagged dog excrement which spoiled an otherwise perfect walk

Access point to Filsham Reedbeds forms part of the Combe Valley Countryside Park. This access point is within a housing estate and is not well signposted.
Beautiful country park, which stretches for miles....Try a Walk to crowhurst on a beautiful evening and come home with superb photos.
Pleasant countryside walks...nothing outstanding...water treatment plant can fumigate the air with noxious odours when the north and east winds blow...why no one knows and why it was located in a countryside park is as mysterious!

Currently home to some Konik ponies - great place for a walk, under an hour to get to the Plough in Crowhurst
