There has been a few problems leading to this library being closed each time we tried to visit. I rang today to make sure it was open - and the staff that answered the phone was rude to the point she pretty much grunted at me. I will use this local service, however this particular member of staff shouldn't be answering the phone ....

I needed a passport photocopy. Friendly staff helped and if cost a mere 15p. Can't argue with that.

Colwyn bay library is amazing there is so many books to choose from, but sometimes the book you want has been over taken and you can't have it, but over all I love it
