Myself and a friend came over from Australia and rented a place for the summer in bude through colwills. Matt was great, helped us out with everything we needed and was very professional. I will be going through colwills when I return and recommend it to anyone looking.
Very professional Estate agent with dedicated, passionate and respectful staff. Have rented through Colwils before and can say first-hand that they go above and beyond in all aspects of their service.
Not as good as it used to be. Had fish and chips there last week and two weeks previously, both times it was not as good. They definitely need a new front man as the one that greets you is so miserable, never ever smiles. I didn't get a hello either time and when I paid he just held the card machine up to me he didn't even tell me how much it was.. He's been there years perhaps it's time he moved on.
We've rented with these guys & have to say Matt is so helpful & friendly & professional..also the blonde lady that deal with rentals v pleasant.. we rented a property in downs view & now live in sunnybank on the bencoolen road. It was helpful as we hadnt been in Bude for long but have now lived here for 6 yrs..
Having just completed a 2 year rental of our property in the area, we just wanted to thank and recommend the service provided by all the team at Colwills.
