I do not recommend this hospital in any way! I have never experienced more terrible communication from staff to patients! a body temperature of 38.9 for two weeks and the presence of pneumonia is not a reason to make an appointment with a doctor in the coming days! hopefully when hospital staff get sick they will treat them the same way they treat their patients.ndo not deserve even one star! none!!!
Rude and unhelpful. Changed doctors in the end. Useless when in desperate need of a doctor, slow and rude staff. If I could give no stars I would. The simplest of jobs like booking a simple appointment is so difficult you have to call first thing and they never pick up or they’ll send a form to you to see if it’s important
The quality of service is absolutely appalling, mainly due to the awful reception staff who are unwilling to book appointments, help access the prescriptions on repeat or help in any way what so ever. The receptionist team seem to feel that just by working at a doctors office they have full medical knowledge, without the need of qualifications, to determine whether you deserve an appointment. When you call you get fobbed off by the usual excuses for not helping in their demeaning, condescending tone. God help anyone that requires urgent help from a doctor, YOU WONT FIND IT HERE. Do not register with this doctor, you won't ever have the chance to see one.
Amazing practice, fantastic receptionists helpful and polite. Drs are super and are there to actually help.nBest practice with in the area by far compared to other surgery's within the ledbury area.nColwal surgery is well managed by professionals
Really great surgery, the staff, doctors and nurses always try to make an appointment available. Many times I have been seen on the same day. Kind, caring staff members. Thank you
