"Colville Park Golf Club was built originally as a 9 hole course in 1923, the course was refined and lengthened as early as 1925 to the 18 holes you can see today by the renowned golf course designer James Braid. The Club lies between the M8 and the M74 motorways close to the town of Motherwell. Offering a fair challenge to golfers of all levels the course remains a popular venue for private and Lanarkshire Golf Association events alike. Set within the mature woodland landscape of the former Jerviston Estate, the parkland course offers a nice variety of tree-lined and more open holes played over undulating terrain. Lunch today and the food is delicious the 4 of us had the 8.95 two course meal which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Staff are friendly and go that extra mile. We will definately be back... thanks guys x
Absolute joke of a venu. Don’t know what the golf course is like but the grounds around venu are a disgrace with no grass cutting obvious. Weeds everywhere But to cap it off, they employ a security company to patrol functions. Got a full frisk myself and my family attending a 21st. Licensed until 1am ,the security firm pulled the plug mid song at 12.10 and harassed people off the premises with the promise of false taxis. Really abusive behaviour from the staff and even accused patrons of sectarian behaviour when they questioned the rudeness of the staff. A total disgrace on the part of management of the venue.

A huge huge thank you to Melissa, Naomi and all the staff for making my daughters communion extra special, you all went above and beyond to make this a perfect day. The food was absolutely delish and the cakes provided at the buffet were fantastic!!! I would 100% recommend the Colville Park as a venue for any special occasion. Melissa was so professional and nothing was ever a bother, she is a wee star!!!
Went here for mothers day and the day after.. The food is very good and the portion size is generous. The do a 2 for 10 pounds on main meal deal also very generous portions..
A lovely meal the steak pie was excellent, the meat was so tender and the mash was perfect. Thanks for a great meal.
Reasonably priced good honest pub grub. No complaints. Friday night of a Ryder Cup on a Bank Holiday weekend. Place was dead. No music no golf. When I was younger the place would have been mobbed. Was quite upsetting. I grew up around this course and clubhouse and still love it. I will be down to spend money there again I just hope they get something going. We had macaroni and the salt and chilli chicken. The children ate off the kids menu. All the food was nice. The staff were nice.
Class steak pie even when delivered only thing is puff pastry could be done better. No texture to it just goes into dust when you try eat it
Lovely venue, with loads of space for seating & massive dance floor. Lovely bar staff who work constantly all night. Lovely, clean facilities. On a negative note. Water in the toilets is roasting hot with no warning signs up & buffet quite poor for amount paid. No tongs to lift cake either. Bit disappointed there. All in all though, it was a great night at this venue. Even better if these small changes are made.
MUSICONTHEMOVE were delighted to provide the entertainment here at a recent Wedding Celebration. Great venue. Great access. Great manager and staff, who couldn't be more helpful. The function hall and dance floor area, are very impressive. Can't wait to get another booking in this fantastic venue!
