The ambience is lovely! The reputation quite the opposite though. One would expect a Hilton to perform much better with services and the cuisine! I hope they take the reopening opportunity after lockdown to start fresh - look forward to proper food and afternoon teas to taste in the pateo overlooking the river!
The chef at the restaurant is really good and quality of the food is great. You have great views of the river too. The ambiance of the place is just ok and hence why4 stars and not 5. With better ambiance and service the place would do much better.
Burger and pizza were great!! Drinks on the patio amazing at night!
Had 2 course dinner with a glass of wine. Paid £12.5 at special deal Really nice. I will come back again soon!
We were seated at the window with an amazing view over the Thames. The service was excellent and on my husband's birthday, they surprised him with a delicious millionaire caramel shortcake. The food and prosecco was good.
Nice place, decent food but slow and difficult to get service. Some of the food was hot.
