We had an amazing stay. Hosts, the house itself and the location were beyond our expectations. Absolute Pearl among accommodation I have visited. Strongly reccommended for a small parties of around 12 People. Will be back soon

We travelled from Australia and hired the whole house for our family  group- all of us in UK for our son’s wedding nearby . The house was perfect for us - living spaces easliy cater for a big group, kitchen is extremely well equipped, great laundry, good size bedrooms  and bathrooms and all in a sublime setting atop a hill overlooking beautiful English landscape. . Lovely local footpaths  to nearby village - lots of great eats locally - Waitrose and train 5 Mins away.. Thanks Craig for making the whole process so seemless….

The house is very nice and in a  clasical British style.  It is close to Thatcham. The Rooms were big, clean and cozy. The Staff is very nice.

The place is very big and well equipped the rooms were lovely ans spacious. When it is sunny the outside garden is so nice for spending time and it is very close to tchacham

Beautiful house with large rooms, clean bathrooms with nessesary essentials, large, excellent equipped kitchen.nFantastic location with amazing views across the countryside and great walks. We even had a little deer visiting us in the morning.nHosts couldn't be any more helpful and informative.nHighly recommended!nThank you Mariola & Craig for letting us enjoy your beautiful property.
