Always so happy with the service here but today Julie at reception helped me above and beyond her duty. Really personal care and I am very grateful for her help today. Dr's are not the easiest to arrange these days but I am so humbled and impressed by the service. Dr Nightingale is a fantastic Dr and always sees me with such excellent and professional support. Donna the nurse is always so kind when administering vaccinations and so accommodating to my uneasy toddler. Very pleased with them considering how busy and stretched they are. They all work so hard and deserve credit for it. Many thanks to everyone at the surgery.

After over 27 years as a patient with this practice I am proud to be a patient here. The doctors and all the staff have always treated our family with great care a respect, everyone I have met at the surgery or on the phone is friendly and helpful. They are the best doctors and staff I have met in my long life, I am a senior citizen or OAP lol. Thank you.

Has the same problem getting appointments as any surgery but AM appointments are turn up and queue so never an issue. Good Doctors and nursing staff, facilities are clean and pleasant. An asset to our town

Excellent Doctor

Very good service, polite friendly receptionists. Walk in service in the morning is great, you may have a couple of hour wait but at least you see someone the same day unlike a lot of other places.

Literally waited in the queue for ages and 3rd in line and then taking the mick been waiting here for an hour with major anxiety

Very professional with doing prescriptions

Seen on time by the nurse. Covid restrictions  still very much in place.

I’ve waited 2.15 hours for a 8 min  consultation and when I come they’re 7 people in the front how is that?
