Our mission is to promote good physical and mental health for the whole practice population, enabling self-care and self-management where appropriate. Always so happy with the service here but today Julie at reception helped me above and beyond her duty. Really personal care and I am very grateful for her help today. Dr's are not the easiest to arrange these days but I am so humbled and impressed by the service. Dr Nightingale is a fantastic Dr and always sees me with such excellent and professional support. Donna the nurse is always so kind when administering vaccinations and so accommodating to my uneasy toddler. Very pleased with them considering how busy and stretched they are. They all work so hard and deserve credit for it. Many thanks to everyone at the surgery.

So ridiculousnGot removed off the system am hour before my appointment after confirming twice the day before and the morning of. Did not honour my appointment which took me a month to book and just left me without a doctors.nnAwful and did not appreciate being told this in front of everyone in the waiting room

What a wonderful surgery.nWe're new to the area and on a recent visit one of the super receptionists minded my two small grandchildren whilst I saw the nurse.nWhar service!

The reception ladies are always kind and nice. However, I did have some bad experiences seeing my GP here. When I went to see my gp telling her I was suffering from OCD she laughed. I tried to avoid to see her for a while even when I wasn’t feeling well. Being judged and laughed at really hurt me and I hope nobody else will go through that.
