I have used this garage on a few occasions and have nothing but praise for the frontline staff and the mechanics. I had the misfortune last week of hitting a pot hole (hard to miss them these days) and sustaining a puncture. 2 days later I had the feeling that not all was well. I called Collisons and they immediately came to my house and agreed it best to take the car in and check the wheel alignment. This was found to be out by some degree! They showed total professionalism .Many thanks to them!! Andy Trotter

Quality garage and real value for money. I asked to look around as I am an ex mechanic and I can honestly say I was amazed and the level of equipment and the level the Technicians are trained to through Bosch. Very professional systems and procedures ensuring confidence in all they do. I would say there are probably garages cheaper than Collison's but with today's sophisticated car's cheap does not always work. If you value quality and professional workmanship but do not want to pay main dealer prices this is a logical alternative. Highly recommend.

I found Collinson Motoring Services searching for a company in the Waterlooville area that could steam clean my engine. I had spilt oil all over it and it was smoking whenever the engine got hot. My call was answered by a lady with a friendly and a professional telephone manner able to talk me through the steam cleaning process and what would be involved. She booked me in for a date that was convenient and I arranged to drop the car off. I even received an email reminder prior to the appointment. I collected the car afterwards and the problem I had with the smell of engine oil burning and smelling whenever I drove the car had completely gone. The engine bay looks a lot cleaner and I'm very pleased with the overall result. I shall certainly be returning to Collinson Motoring Services if ever my regular mechanic can't help me.

We hired a Hyundai i40 for a month while visiting from Australia. Collison's were wonderful with customer service and couldn't fault them in any way. Really helped when we got a puncture on A34 with replacement car helping communicate to the AA.

Collison were more than willing to solve an error which had occurred during the MOT repairs which involved the replacement of a fuel tank. As soon as I alerted Collinson of the issue, they booked my car in the following day to correct this and did so swiftly with good customer service. Would recommend Collinson!
