I took my wee Dog for her annual shots. Great news from Mr Collins, "Kennel Cough " can now be given by way of a shot, as my dog had received her "Kennel Cough" via her nose before!!
Excellent in every department. A really good vets .
Had a very sick 7 month dachshund & was throwing up 4 hrs non stop & blood rang Collins at 10pm & knew he was only woke to which he relayed for a 2nd time in3 month period & last time was 4 pm .oh I’m busy with a cow same excuse I’m not free for 2 hrs when I told him I’d ring at 12 he started to rant ..August I rang & got the emergency vetnot Collins for a 2 day old dachshund &he was excellent.. rang another vet in town 19/2/2022 to which I was advised what to do & it stopped the dog vomiting could you not have advised me !!! He always got his money when my 5 dogs have been treated ..not anymore.. pity as he has some great vets & great front staff
My dogs paw was bleeding and I called for some advice on how to stop the bleeding, and I couldn’t have received less help even if I had called KFC. I was put on hold and then just hung up on, and after calling back immediately was asked for the third time “can it not wait until tomorrow?”. Even asked if I could come and buy a bandage to do it myself and was still shrugged off. Brutal service from a Vets.
They are an amazing vets. They truly care about the pets they take in. They are so kind and considerate to the worries of the pet owners and are just fantastic overall. My cat has been poisoned twice and they have been so fantastic throughout both times and we are happy to say we went to Collins Vets. Keep up the good work.
The vets was the best vets l have ever been to everyone in it is so understanding and very friendly and a vet in it called Rhonda is such a lively person and is so so good at her job thank you for everything caroline and lain cochrane behalf of wee roxy xx
I left my dog in for a check up because she had been vomiting up blood and went off her food. Collins vets performed surgery on her without our permission or signature consenting to surgery, then hit us with a HUGE bill that we couldn't afford. They refused a payment plan and held our dog for 2weeks until we traded my husbands guitar to get her back. Terrible standards. They're sneaky and unreasonable. I've never met a vet who behaved like this in my life. Disgusted by their practices and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Excellent experience. Was on holiday last from England staying with family. Required an emergency appointment. No hassle. Great service, clear communication, friendly staff and great value.
Terrible experience with them, really uncaring towards my dog during check ups and wanted to perform unnecessary surgery - second opinion confirmed it wasn’t needed at all.
