Despite going through a showroom upgrade, the customer waiting facilities are some of the most uncomfortable I've encountered in many a year. No consideration whatsoever has been given to the larger person, who is forced to sit in narrow confined seating. Very disappointing.

Really friendly and helpful staff across the board. Listened carefully to my explanation and a minor problem with the car found and fixed on the same day.

All the staff are brilliant and the service is just amazing. A pleasure to deal with. Sorted my car on the same day under warranty and even cleaned it for me! They treat their customers well.
