The Collingham Serviced Apartments are situated in fashionable South Kensington, London.

Within easy walking distance of Gloucester Road, South Kensington and Earls Court underground stations, the apartments are centrally located with great access to the superb shopping areas of Knightsbridge and Chelsea's Kings Road.

Each apartment comprises a bedroom with separate living area, bathroom, dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, oven/hob and fridge freezer.

(The Studio has a combined bedroom/living area and a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen).

Most apartments have a washer/dryer, and laundry facilities are also available. Selected apartments benefit from beautiful balconies or roof terraces.

This place is the real deal! Absolute real deal. The receptionist Stella was so really lovely. This apartment is located in a very clean, communal and secure area. The apartment itself is super super clean, even the door handles and light switches were spotless. The apartment was so comfortable, quiet and warm, I had breath taking experience. Everything was just perfect. The next day we had cleaners come up and clean the whole apartment. I am so pleased with the services we received, including the eclairs in the reception . I would definitely be staying there again and I will highly recommend this breathtaking apartment. However, if you have a car, there are no cheap parking around, you’re looking at £40 - £50 for 24 hours and it’s still a little walk from the apartment. So next time I’ll come prepared with my parking excess .
Spaciousness- we stayed in 3 bedder and we enjoyed the space provided. It also came with a balcony. We have 4 adults, 1 teen and 2 children. Cleanliness- the equipment was fairly clean and the daily room cleaning was basic. However the floor is very squeaky and felt like something was broken. Comfort- Beds were not great and comfort barely pass. The teen had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living and bed was terrible. He had a bad ache sleeping in that. Originally charge £30/night but was waived when we feedback. Reasonable enough. Cost- very subjective but we paid £700 per night. For the comments above, i felt abit overpriced. However, there are very few alternatives Location- not super central and require a short taxi or metro ride to most places.
We've stayed here a couple of times now, and we will definitely be staying here again! The staff are lovely, always welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble! Our apartment has always been clean, and comfortable. Home from home really. On our last stay August, we were upgraded to the penthouse at no extra cost for our first night! This was a lovely and pleasant surprise. The location for us is perfect, and we're looking forward to staying here again!
After a break of two years I again stayed at The Collingham Apartments in April this year. The day after my arrival I tested positive for COVID contracted in France. My booking was originally for 4 days, I had to extend to 12 days. Govinda, Taras and the staff at The Collingham were incredibly understanding, kind and accommodating, constantly checking in on me during my period of isolation, ensuring I had sufficient necessities and medication, nothing was too much trouble for them. I will be forever grateful for the compassion shown to me by all at The Collingham. That said, the apartments are of an exceptional high standard, the location brilliant to all that London has to offer.
We went as London was opening up again from COVID. When we got in we were upgraded to a three bedroom two bath flat. The flat was spacious and had many accommodations that made it feel more like home
Excellent place! 24hr reception, spacious apartment the one I got at least, was upgraded from a studio, huge double bed, living room, kitchen, balcony! Great for a couple or family! The cable TV with BT sports was also greatly appreciated! The personnel was also helpful! The only negative was the mattress which was not very good and that they were strict with the check-out although it was probably full and they had to prepare the room
An excellent place to stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and most importantly quiet. A fantastic welcome pack comprising milk, bread, wine, and butter. Fantastic friendly staff, particularly the manager and Ash. We had our car broken into at the local NCP, avoid at all cost but the staff made our car secure for a 250 mile journey home. We plan to return later this year.
Excellent place to stay. I visited London last month and this was one of the best aspect of my trip. Gossier was very courteous and welcoming, as well as the other attendants. She gave us clear directions of how to get around in London. The rooms were cleaned and fresh linen was provided on a daily basis. They even restocked our tea, coffee, sugar etc sachets every day. My only concern was that I couldn't find the heater in the apartment. My apartment had a portable air conditioner. I'm used to central cooling and heating systems. Good thing we had good weather during our stay. Overall, I'm glad that we lodged there. Customer service was amazing in Collingham Serviced Apartment.
This place is amazing! The service here is exceptional, the staff who are sweet and very helpful go above and beyond for their customers. The rooms were comfortable, and clean. The building is located by eveything, so you can easily catch a £5-£15 taxi about anywhere. The area it's located in is also very beautiful. I will definitely book here again the next time I come back to London.
I won't even mention the great location, nor will I talk about the great apartments. It's the staff that I want to highlight in this review. I have rarely seen such an absolute commitment to service as I have in this establishment. They take the word "serviced" very seriously, and will totally go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. I really recommend the Collingham for anybody looking to stay in an apartment in London!
