Have used collies for as long as I can remember. Love their beef olives. Always a friendly greeting. Keep up the good work guys! I even take their beef olives down to the central belt to let folk taste "real ones" as they don't know the oatmeal stuffed ones down there!

This is a proper butchers shop and more. Whenever we're in the area we have an export parcel of Bridies, Lorne Sausage, and a superb selection of sausage and burgers to take home. Graham sorted some great steaks for a celebration meal and we're off home with a box full of food and ice packs to keep it cool. Good friendly staff who actually try to help and a terrific choice of food which includes pies, barbecue or stir-fry meat mixes, even veg and sauces alongside the more usual butchers offering, it's worth a visit just to look in their counters!
