While I'm not a fan of the Golf course the new improvements to the Driving Range for 2019 are a vast improvement on the previous facilities. Now running a Top Tracer Range software showing ball flight, range, accuracy etc, along with a selection of mini games suitable for groups of up to 4 in each stall. A bucket of 48 balls will cost you £5 correct as of July 2019. Can be busy during peak times, prepare for a wait to get into the range during these times. Vending machines available, and some snacks. Limited free park. Toilets available. Club rentals available. A very enjoyable experience at a range for any golfer. A little higher price than I'd expect for not an even 50 balls, but minor personal dislikes.
We attended the football dome this week as part of a birthday party. The dome malfunctioned due to extreme heat, which we didn't mind as it is out of staff control. However, customer service was poor, we had a 1hour slot for the birthday and after 15minutes we still hadn't been told anything by the staff who had passed us a number of times. When we went to the reception desk to enquire about what the plan was we got a lot of attitude and cheek from a female member of staff. It was like it was our problem and she wasn't concerned about helping us. After nearly 45 minutes and we had started using an outdoor pitch a member of staff did approach us a d he couldn't have been nicer, got the kids free ice creams.. great guy. The rest of the staff need customer service training. The famy who organise did get their money back.
£10 for a bucket of 96 balls for the driving range , £5 to rent a club , absolutely extortionate prices , wont be back ever again
Good for kids and adults alike. Has a park, indoor 4g, outdoor 4g and driving range

Went only to use the trackman system. Paid £10 for the hour and had pre booked extra balls at £5. When I got there it turned out that system wasn't working. I could t get a refund and was told I was paying for the balls not the system. 15 quid to shoot down a range with no distance indicators made it twice as expensive as it should be for the same ount of balls at any other range. I felt sorry for the young lad working that day. Every excuse he offered made the situation worse. Really a refund would have fixed the situation as would a notice on the booking system giving a heads up that it wasn't working. I wasn't even told when I check in at the range. Had to figure it out for myself. Obvious lack of management around on a Sunday.
Playing here every Sunday is a very nice place to play I recommend it

Great place, staff so friendly and big open spaces . To enjoy the facilities
We had a brilliant 2hrs, so good to have the trackman helps so much seeing the data for each shot makes going to the range a real benefit. Colin Glen is a great venue and staff so helpful.
