All the time best offer, excellent customer service, lovely staff!!!

I normally buy stuff online. But often or not this place can offer a similar price delivered  the next day.

Helpful staff and free local delivery undercuts online traders for overall price.

My dishwasher of 15 years broke down 3 weeks ago and I started the search for a replacement. I searched the internet to find a match for my old Neff integrated model and thought it would be a simple upgrade so I contacted Colin Smith at Arbroath and was warmly greeted by their assistant Valerie.  From the first phone call I felt I was a valued customer and that they would do everything they could do to help me find a replacement.  We chose another Neff which seemed to be a straight forward swap but things are never that simple!  The dishwasher was delivered and installed by two experienced fitters only to discover the previous one was a tall extra large model fronted by an extra long door. There was no option but return the machine and start again. From that moment on Valerie searched tirelessly for a replacement and never once did we feel it was a bother for her.  I cannot thank her enough for the above and beyond effort she went to on our behalf. She is a credit to your company and is an example of the kind of assistant you dream of but hardly ever find.  After weeks of searching we now have our replacement dishwasher albeit free standing instead if integrated. Despite this we are absolutely delighted with our Siemens dishwasher.  Thank you Valerie for all your help.

Visited this shop to purchase a TV and was not disappointed. David the salesman was very knowledgeable and talked us through all our options and we bought a TV to meet our needs. First class service.
