We have been shopping at Coles Wattle Grove since it opened it has been a good experience but today I wanted to exchange a small box of Earl Grey tea which my daughter bought and it was the wrong flavour all I wanted was to exchange it with a different flavour but the person I spoke with was quite rude and wanted me to show her the receipt which I guess was thrown out by my daughter. I was quite disappointed with this experience and in disgust left the tea with her.
Difficult to locate some items. Weren't where I expected to find them. Checkouts are a pain. Carpark is a dangerous place. Deli had good products, sometimes visit because I am happy with these deli meats.
Always busy. Not enough staff. Push you to self service. Don't blame the staff. Neat and tidy store. Well stocked and fresh. Just too busy. Carpark almost always full too
So often the fruit looks amazing but you take a bite and see the inside is disgusting. Never ripe, always overpriced. Took about a year before staff started to be friendly towards me. Never just a quick and easy get in and straight out process. Those massive tall nightfill trolleys??but used all day and night ALWAYS in the way. SO EXPENSIVE
Really Appreciate the effort from Team member Shruthi Plus Heaps thanks for assisting me Joel,these cashews helped me finish the dish I was making. I ended up getting to a service checkouts and the lady who assisted me was friendly and polite. Local to holsworthy for last 8 + years . Please don't re arrange the aisles ,that is such a pain to look for things Too many self service checkouts,not a big fan of those! Will be visiting again
Yes it's just another Coles like all the others, but the staff there are especially friendly and helpful.
What can we do without Coles Wattle Grove. Very clean and convenient. If I would add a wish it will be increasing the range of the deli and the bakery.
Staff are mostly nice. The new set up making customers work for free is ridiculous. Only a 8 items or less counter open with a worker at the checkout. New conveyor belts put in for the shopper to scan a whole trolley worth of shopping themselves while the worker watches. Open a checkout for the elderly and customers that don’t like working for a multi billion $$ company for free and they need to also stop asking the customer to donate to Mr Coles 2023 tax fund charity. Bring back server checkouts.
DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR COLES CORPORATION. THEY REDUCED THE COLES BRAND CORNCHIPS 3 TIMES. IT USED TO BE 250G, THEN 200G, AND NOW ITS 175G. AND GUESS WHAT, THE PRICE IS THE SAME. COLES IS GREEDY AND IS THE MAIN CAUSE OF INFLATION AND SHRINKFLATION. BOYCOTT COLES AND MAKE THEM SUFFER. #BOYCOTT COLES NOW >: THEY CAN'T STOP ALL OF US
Went in to exchange some wrong items that I ordered through Uber delivery. I’ve never tried returning or exchanging at Coles before so I had my items and receipt in the bag and went and got the right items and came to the service desk explaining I’d like to exchange. Karen looking woman told me off saying I can’t just exchange I have to go to the service desk BEFORE entering the store and must get a refund first then get the right items and pay for them. She told me that it’s to avoid shoplifting. However she had already made me out to be a thief by the way she was speaking to me. She spoke so loud and I was so embarrassed. Absolutely disgusting acting like she owns the place. Instead of scolding your customers how about you learn to speak politely! It’s Coles fault to begin with that I was sent wrong items THAT I PAID FOR and I had to go to Coles myself and correct YOUR MISTAKE. Learn customer service just because your old doesn’t make you wise Karen!
