Being someone who will go to any length to go to this pharmacy (and wont settle for any other), I can safely say from experience that the staff working in this chemist are of the upmost politeness, helpfulness and demonstrate nothing but sheer expertise in their trade. The pharmacist never seizes to amaze me with a copious pool of pharmaceutical knowledge, and the dispensers will always be sure to help you to the very best of their ability. Anything that they don't have in stock they are always more than happy to order it in if available. And both myself and any person i have ever met who has received prescriptions or dossett box's from here has been thoroughly satisfied with what they had received. Many thanks.

Cohen's chemist on the highstreet in Nailsea must be the worst I have ever came across! Firstly all the people that work in there are incapable of doing there job and just stand there gossiping as soon as someone leaves they slag that person off like they are still at school ! And none of them seem qualified to do there job! Secondly when u try and call them for a serious Matter they don't seem to know what's going on and act oblivious to the matter! I highly recommend that all the staff that work in there are sacked and people who are more highly educated are replaced with them! I recommend if u come to Nailsea to go to either tower house pharmacy or Cohen's in the shopping centre because they know how to do there jobs.
