I would hate to work there. The staff do their best they have no competition so all the customers Go there understaffed a lot but I like it go on there. Have not got the energy to walk today these or any other chemist
Phoned at quarter past 11 to order. Got there at 2 to be told come back at 4.30. Go back at 5.30 to be told not done and too late. Disgraceful service
Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Disgusting customer service, with no interest of customers needs. Urgent prescription ignored, always understocked. They'll promise to order in for next day.. and then it doesn't happen and they'll blame everyone else, it's never their own fault. Will never use this "service" again. Avoid at all costs!

Lovely staff and very helpful. It's a shame about some of the customers who are very rude and have know socially skills to be patient.
This has got to be the worst pharmacy in Sefton. The staff tell more lies than a broken clock and their attitude and general attitude to the public is disgusting.
