I'm left amazed each time I call with the high quality service, friendliness of ALL staff, dedication from the Doctor's and overall service I have received. They go above and beyond and stand out from other surgeries. They have been so helpful for my mother in law who has dementia and have been able to offer amazing advice and support to her. I'm incredibly overjoyed that she is registered here. 5 Star and beyond service!
I absolutely love Coggeshall doctors but after 7 years we decided to move and were surprised how quick we received a call to say we weren’t eligible to remain because we were not in the catchment area anymore which is understandable but when I received the call I explained we were having trouble finding another GP and needed time…….the next day we had no GP !!!!!nnHere we are still without a GP as locally most are not taking NHS patients or we are not in their catchment area………NHS England are trying to find us a surgery ……..today I find myself without medication and no doctors.nnThankyou very much for 7 good years but it appears patient loyalty just isn’t thier.
I can honestly say, we as a family have never ever received care like we do at this Surgery, it is wonderful. All the staff are amazing, they are courteous, friendly yet professional… so glad we moved and were able to get registered here.nnThank you !
This was my last doctors' surgery. I really didn't want to leave when I moved away. They are extremely accommodating. You can nearly always get a same say appointment. Dr Harland is caring and compassionate. On one occasion I had an appointment for heart palpitations and when I arrived they had already set up to carry out an ecg before my appointment. I can't rate them highly enough.
Receptionist lovely and one of the doctors is lovely but the other is cold, uncaring and certainly does not read file as prescribed wrong dose of medication. Difficulty obtaining regular medications for life long condition and could not get to see a doctor when experienced extreme symptoms associated with illness. Left in pain and sick for days. Not happy and will be moving surgery. Best elements of this place are the receptionist and the nurses.
