Story

Coffee Yard is a friendly music filled locally run Coffee Shop. We love music, eating, drinking coffee and sitting in the sunshine....but since we can't do much of the last one, we do plenty of the rest.

Yard Gallery is a bright quirky art gallery. We support the work of both established and independent artists/designers. We love bright shiny things, string, bubblewrap and cheesecake.

Very good food, drinks and service. Best açaí in town!
Mum and i got a toastie each and it was nice but because we got ham and were asked if we wanted relish, we were charged another£5.00 on to of the cost of the toasties. Disgrace! £25.00 for 2 teas, 2 toasties and 2 buns. They also charged £2.50 for a pack of mints. Will definitely not be back.
Delightful shop& restaurant. Wonderful helpful staff. A joy to visit.
Apart from the sweet wheaten, very good.
Excellent service and beautiful food. The staff are all working really hard within the covid 19 restrictions, we had the French toast and pancakes with coffees. Then popped up to the gallery space can't wait to buy something the next time I'm in!

Coffee Yard have added a huge outdoor seating area going against all COVID-19 restrictions. Cafes like this are the reason hospitality is being shut down.
Bland overpriced food pretending to be pretentious. I’ve had better factory made ciabatta wrapped in plastic from star bucks. Charged extra for some sun dried tomatoes in a paper cup, not even on the plate. They try hard but are failing to surpass cafe Nero down the road and that’s not a high bar.
