I can highly recommend Coco's in Billingshurst. The salon is professionally run and the staff are friendly and very attentive. Thank you Lloyd and Imogen, really looking forward to my next visit in a few weeks time.

I try to always use Cocos. Normally use Megan whose lovely and always does a brilliant job.

I've been torn about leaving a review because the staff are so nice that I didn't want to say anything bad. However, I went in for a colour, a pastel grey and was told this was possible to achieve. 10 hours (over 3 days) later and I was left with ash/murky/slight tinge of green very dried out frazzled hair. Nothing like the picture I asked for. After going to another salon they said the colour I wanted would take a long time to achieve after many bleaches causing a lot of damage. I was not told this by cocos! If I was told this I would have chosen a different colour altogether. So I've now spent a total of £270 in a week on my hair for it to look the same as before I entered cocos. Clearly it's caused a few tears along the way and completely lost faith in hair dressers. My cost from cocos was just under £100 and then I spent more on another salon to fix it and put deep treatments on to fix my hair. I'm still upset about it which is why I'm leaving this review. If a colour is not achievable then please say so instead of dragging customers through such stress. I feel sick with how much time and money wasted on my hair this week.

I cannot recommend Cocos highly enough. The quality of their work is of the highest caliber and the service is second to none.
