Fantastic, friendly soft play. No adults allowed on the older kids equipment which makes it much safer and gives the parents a much needed break! Parties here are also fantastic - very friendly and the food was great. They even found a little extra I've cream for the siblings ; I'd highly recommend a visit!
I've read reviews about the staff having bad attitudes before now, but in my experience they have always been courteous with us. What I like about this place is the kids are never far away, there is a member of staff always watching them unlike at another local similar and bigger establishment and there are comfortable sofas to sit on. Food is basic, but this is normal for these kind of places. All in all, not bad if you can stand the noise.
It's cheaper and less busy than imagination Street and has been partially upgraded recently. Limited equipment compared to other places but enough to keep the kids entertained for a bit and also means you can find your kids fairly easily. Staff do enforce the rules including no older kids in the toddler area which is great for the younger ones.
No doubt the kids will love this place but as an adult I'm not so impressed. I find the seating area to small and cramped, there is a minimum spend of £5 on a card which makes it hard to buy just one drink and parents are not allowed in the play area where is the fun in that. Staff are more than friendly and the area is kept clean but there are better places in Redditch now.
Went to a party with my son. When I arrived I could have easily walked in without paying or being approached but as I hadn't been before I waited for a member of staff. The children were rushed to eat so that the staff could prepare for the next party. Someone who was not with our party had gone in and opened the birthday girls presents and when the parent who's daughters party it was asked to speak to the manager he was very disinterested and unhelpful. First impressions last and I won't be visiting there again anytime soon. Totally disappointed
October 2013: First time visit with grandchildren aged 2 & 3, they loved it, but......some problems were very evident seen during our visit; *Toilet doors, gents and ladies, were both wedged open, I saw several times very young children inquisitively looking around in the toilets, some were drinking pop etc whilst in there. the doors should NOT be left open all the time. *Staff not identified with any uniforms or badges which in this environment they should be very visible at all times in case of an emergency etc. *Chef was called away from the kitchen area to admit customers, handle cash etc, but did not wash hands afterwards! *Only one member of staff plus the chef were on duty when we all went, really not good enough for the size of the place. Overall, a good place for the children, but needs serious attention in other important areas. Brian Dudley Webheath
My daughter had her 4th birthday here the weekend and I was discusted by the reaction of the managements to my complaints. I paid for 11 children to have a hot meal of which they were give 5 mins maximum to eat it before taking their plates away and give them ice cream. They go the food order wrong for a child with dietary requirements. Didn't ask us when we wanted the cake just did it as soon as the children sat down meaning my mother in law and other family members misses it. And finally when we walked around to the food area a random child not from the party was opening my daughters presents. The manager took no responsibility for this despite the presents being in their care. They promised to ring my to discus my complaints, it is now Tuesday and I've not heard anything! They also have no direct email straight to the manager Very upset by my "stress free" party
Visited here for the first time this morning but didn't stay long. Adults not permitted in soft play, which made it difficult to keep an eye on my son. This rule does not apply at any other soft play I've visited locally. Nice setup but too restrictive.
Kids love it there. Staff seem pleasant enough, although I've only been at weekends for parties. "Non-Profit Organization" - Not with their food prices!
Much smaller than imagination street and you aren't allowed in the play area with your child. This probably isn't an issue for most, but personally I like to have the choice of being able to interact with my child.
