Avoid at all costs. Received my delivery and the portion sizes of ice cream scoops are a joke and staff are incredibly rude, including being left on hold for a long time! Was asked to provide pictures of the issues, and when I asked how to do that, as I ordered through just eat, the 'manager' got extremely grumpy with me and told me to just claim the refund through just eat as I was being rude, when all I had tried to do was follow up his request. All ended with me being hung up on as I asked him to tell me how he would like me to send the pictures to him. I also got it thrown in my face that he was going to send more food out, but he decided not to because I was apparently being rude. There was no mention of this until he wasnted to use it as a weapon! It is obvious the manager on duty is unable to cope with his job and will take it out on the customers! Very unprofessional and very disappointing. Take your money else where
I would highly recommend one of the best desert shops if not the best best desert shop right now very good prices did get a 30% discount through there website staff were very cheerful and welcoming would highly recommend the pistachio milk cake 20 out of 10. Come get your deserts from this place they will not disappoint.nForget long live the king. It should be long live coco deluxe
As a result, I ordered desserts and they arrived 3 hours late. I was also promised a complimentary item as the order was late, but in reality I was missing an item!!!!!! My order arrived at midnight and my milkshakes were spilled and my custard box was missing the custard!!! After waiting three hours, I received a soggy waffle!!!!! Absolutely disappointed!!!!!! It would be better if the dessert shop was called SOGGY DELUXE!
Normally order from Just Eat, tried their own website today priced a bit better.. regardless 10/10.. you cannot fault these guys. check Just Eat reviews I’m spoilt for choice for desserts around my area, yet order from these every time. 10/10 for value, 10/10 for quality 10/10 for service. Genuinely cannot fault them..lotus milk cake hits different.. thanks guys
I can honestly say this is the best dessert shop i have ever been too. I highly recommend the french toast it was made beautifully and absolutely mouth watering. You could tell it was made with a lot of love will definitely be visiting again.
