Very quick delivery and fresh food! Everything was delicious!
Absolutely terrible, never ordering from here again! We ordered at 6.45, due to be delivered at 8. We didn't receive until 11.45, 5 hours since ordering! Called the restaurant multiple times and they were no help at all, asking if I could hear them, but then hanging up even when I said I could hear them. Customer service was non-existent. They advised we had cancelled we hadn't, but we received a message to say our order was delayed. They offered no gesture of goodwill or apology to us due to this long wait, I had to tell them to send additional food otherwise they wouldn't have done so. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, stay clear!
DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE. Ordered from Deliveroo. It said 40 min wait times. 1 hr 30 later still not received. Contacted Deliveroo who phoned the restaurant and told us it was on its way and would be 10 minutes. We then got told it had been delivered it hadn’t and the driver was not picking up his phone. Deliveroo offered us a refund and that was it. No compensation. Don’t ruin your evening, order from somewhere else!!
Many from my workplace including staff & customers order from here. I work 2 doors away Always good food & delivery within an hour which is standard for fresh food I'd say! I had a lovely curry tonight with many different dishes all for me & I ate it all
We thought that ordering before 7pm on a Wednesday would be perhaps a quicker delivery time. However, on the first call after 50minutes, it seemed as though our online order had perhaps not even been 'picked up'. On the second call 1 hour 20 minutes after ordering, there was no 'hold' while it could be heard that 'the driver' was on the way to what sounded like another customer who had also been waiting for a longer than expected time. We are not going to risk waiting this long again and will be ordering from other Indian delivery restaurants.
Updated review : Have tried twice in the past 3 months prior to lockdown and both times have been very happy with food quality and quantity. Original Review : Food okay if a little expensive I feel vs quality delivered.
Review for the Grill side of the business; Purchased 2 chicken Donna meat with chips for nearly £7 each. Was expecting breast meat, but found alot of thigh meat practicaly the container was full but I mean thighs are cheap, which also had a couple of the gristle caps of the end off the bones mixed in. There wasn't alot of chips, crammed into the same container as the meat. The meat had a good flavour for a couple off bites but then turned bland and alot of greasy liquid in container which made it hard to finish. Thought we would give it a try as from what we've had previously the currys have been nice, but for a kebab I think I would rather go to Ali's kebabs in cobham town.
Went in with couple of lads after work on a night out. Must say the food was great price wise was decent the service was phenomenal will go again anytime. Had a choice of drinks. Lovely decor and incredible.
One star as no stars is not a option. The worst curry I've had in at least 15 years. The samosas arrived still frozen in the middle. New ones arrived which were also cold inside, returned and we decided not to push that option any further. The mains were appalling. The service indifferent. There were no redeeming features to this appalling experience.
This is the worst Indian i've ever had. Ordered a takeaway for one person. Wanted to pay over the phone but was told the manager had to call me back to take payment and the food would be 25 minutes. 30 mins later no one had called, so i called the restaurant back to give payment and ask where my food was. another 30 mins later my food turned up. The Lamb Tikka Masala was awful. It was obviously mutton NOT lamb, over cooked, tough, chewy, fatty and barely any meat in the dish. I called back and it took 25 mins on the phone to get hold of a manager to refund my money and they insisted on collecting the rest of the takeaway. The WORST service i have ever experienced. Overpriced, disgusting food and really unprofessional staff. Never again.
