I had an appointment with Dr. Gangar, the gynaecologist, and was absolutely appalled by the treatment I received. From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting or professionalism—just a cold, dismissive attitude. He was extremely rude, made me feel uncomfortable, and treated me with complete disregard. After sharing my previous diagnosis from a private specialist, he acted like I was making everything up, which was both insulting and disheartening.nnConsidering this was an NHS-funded appointment and I travelled an hour to be seen, I expected far better care. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and mistreated. I've since asked my GP to refer me elsewhere, as the treatment at this clinic is simply unacceptable. Absolutely disappointed!

Had an 8am blood test today 18th October with a fantastic nurse who I told up front that I'm not good with needles .nnShe was absolutely perfect . Couldn't have been better . She was clearly sympathetic yet at the same time made absolutely nothing of it and it was done before I even had time to feel stressed ! I couldn't rate her higher . Thanks so much for being great

I visited Cobham Hospital today, for an assessment for Cataract Surgery, unfortunately it can't be done at Cobham because of my health issues.nThe Nurse and Doctor i saw, were most friendly, helpful and professional.nThey explained everything so well to me, I can't fault a thing, it's a lovely Hospital.

On 12/09-2023 I saw a Consultant Mr Michael Jarrett at Cobham Day Surgery & during the appointment Mr Michael Jarrett told me that I would be having day surgery & that I will need to have a blood test first & on 25/09/2023 I had a appointment to have a blood test done at the above hospital. When I attended my appointment today on 25/09/2023.                  the Nurse Nancy was running late & she told me that she couldn’t do it, so she phoned a colleague & Nurse Jane came with a member of staff called Elaine. The blood test wasn’t done & Elaine said she phoned me last week but couldn’t remember what day & that I didn’t  phone them back, but I proved on my mobile that I did & I was told that she has gone home & that Abi who I was talking to will send an email with regards to this & told me that they will phone again but they never did & the female leaving me a voicemail message on the 18-09/2023 didn’t even leave her name which is very unprofessional which now I know of Elaine & Elaine told me that she didn’t receive any emails with regards to this. Elaine knew by the 18/09/2023 that I wasn’t going to have any Surgery at Cobham Day Surgery but No one contacted me to let me know this information & not to attend the above Hospital today 25/09/2023 for a blood test that wasn’t done. Due to the above that is the reason for this bad review they don’t deserve any stars but anyone is unable to give a review without giving 1 star                                 People reading this please be aware as the same thing could happen to someone else in the future.

Rude staff. I left the room after having a cortisone injection to hear the assistant say ‘she was weird’. I am not sure why. Felt like a cattle market. 10 minutes for an ultrasound guided cortisone injection with no discussion about it. Insensitive doctor and assistant. Horrible experience.
