Very helpful staff and friendly service. I have never had a problem with anything I have had done keys have worked first time. I have had specialist keys cut to. My shoes are always repaired by them as they will do everything they can even if the shoes look to be repaired but they manage to do it every time. The jewellery is very good to and sold at a very good price. I would recommend anybody visiting this shop for keys shoes and jewellery.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, they always give good advise on the things I need. My shoes were badly worn and no where else could repair them, so I tried here, they repaired them and they looked new again. My fiancé bought me a ring and necklace from here for our anniversary at a very reasonable price, the jewellery was in excellent condition. Never had any problems here, I highly recommend everyone to visit.

Always use their jewellery service its quick and I have never had any complaints .their work as always been very good. The staff are very helpful and know what they are talking about very good customer service

I would steer clear from this shop. The owner is beyond rude. he does not care about the customers even telling the customers to get out of the shop and not come back. He does not give receipts and the repair work on jewelry is not fit for purpose. the item came back with more damage than the repair in the first place. he will not give a refund and he just tells you "its my shop i will do what i want". Having used the key cutting service in the past they are touch and go whether they work too. Money lost, lesson learnt. just hope no one else has to endure his wrath!!!!!
