We love this clinic as the staff are always friendly. Dr Serena was a very cheerful doctor who made my nervous daughter very comfortable and did explain everything she was doing and was quite informative as well. Will continue going to this clinic even though we have moved out of this area.

I rang this morning as my daughter had swallowed gum and dentist stayed longer to check my daughter . She was amazing !! And I’m really appreciate she stayed out of her working hours .
I feel I must leave a review as I've had such a terrible experience which I do not wish others to go through. I was kept waiting for 20 mins after my appointment time before going in to see Waleed Norani for a dental clean costing £80. He was extremely rude and condescending throughout the appointment, including to my partner who was in the room for less than 3 minutes and displayed an extreme lack of professionalism which left me shocked. He was very sarcastic and keen to shame me I have no major issues with my teeth so I fear what he must be like with those who require more attention this left me concerned for those who keep quiet after such experiences due to being left feeling humiliated. I expressed my concerns after the appointment and was quickly called back by Natalie the manager who was extremely helpful and tried her utmost to rectify the situation including processing a refund and offering a follow up consultation with a different dentist for free - this is the only reason I have given two stars. Very good service. Smile have helped bring my teeth back to normal after many years of neglect. It took a few visits and more attention to my oral hygiene but I am happy to say that my teeth and gums are feeling much better now.
