Received my flowers yesterday from my husband for our 35th wedding anniversary. I must say for the price he paid being £40.00 I was not impressed at all. Will not use them again!!! Don’t know how to put photo up of the flowers I was sent unfortunately, but have put them on my Facebook page. Very disappointed 😢

very impressed with the quick delivery however on view of the photo I was sent I am very disappointed with the hand tied bouquet I ordered. I asked for bright colours and it came white and yellow and it just looks like someone a picked a small buch of this and that and put them together with no artisic flair, I could have done better arrangement myself and alot cheaper - very dull and boring I'm afraid.

This was a very last minute idea to send some Flower's to my brother & sister in law for their 30th Wedding Anniversary & within hour's a beautiful bouquet had arrived with the colour of the Flower's, Paper & Bow exactly as I had asked for along with some Pearl Sequin's to mark the Pearl Anniversary. Really helpful lady on the Phone & I would certainly recommend Coates Florist. Thank you ever so much. Hazel

Amazing choices and fresh beautiful smell greet you. Customer service second to none. Knocked up a bouquet in 3 minutes. Highly recommend a visit.
