I wasn't too sure coming here as the only (2) reviews were from the guy who runs it, but he was up front in saying that. I brought a telly imagining my economic repair limit was £100. I did my research and the most likely fault was leaky electrolytic caps on the main power board. When I rang them the cost was £92 to replace that board and I said to go ahead. On collecting the telly they showed me the old board and were happy for me to take it. As their card machine was problematic they reduced the bill to £90. Unfortunately I quickly found the problem (switching in and out of standby) was not resolved. I returned it to them and was really concerned I would have to pay a lot more which I wasn't happy about doing. On return they had replaced the motherboard for no charge and I'm happy to say it is now working perfectly. It is amazing how a bit of customer care reaps rewards and prompted me to write this. In total with the two major new boards this repair was probably not economical for them but they stood by their first quote. So I have come away a happy customer sufficiently to make me want to write this and say these guys are honest and straight and they will have my custom again. It is always difficult to know when you try new places so the least I can do is recommend them. Prior to this I have never been to this mini business park but i hope to check out some of the other small businesses. Thanks guys. My daughter who has been on maternity the last year and has little money is now going to get a new tv.
