Visited to view a court case. The representative treat me awful the female doing the scanning thought she was a prison guard the way she spoke to people. Even questioning why I was using the toilet!! Learn some manners and treat people with respect.
The heating wasn't working, but they did let us know, so it wasn't too bad, but the hanging about was a pain, not much else you could say, apart from what they could do with a car park
Absolutely terrible, tried for a week to speak to someone regarding a lost driving license terrible service, even dvla can’t help. Customer service shocking.
Iv been ringing them for last week approx 6/7times a day about a refund they answer talk then phones go's down cant get through to talk to anyone
Freezing cold, no working drinks or snack machines, dirty toilets. Terrible experience. Really gone down hill... and very unfriendly staff. Not a nice place for a family court to be held.
the court never answers the phone just keeps cutting the caller of after you get to the point where you think they are going to answer you not good at all
Have phone magistrate courts up 20 time no one answers phone and then it just cuts caller off absolutely horrendous place very bad I know they are the law but I think they think there above the law themselves

The judge in court number 5 is a liar.. jealous and rasict. She almost swore.
Everyone looks at you as if your a criminal. Rude Staff. Low security level.
