Popular carvery from 12pm to 8pm. Traditional fare of roast beef, turkey, ham and fish with your choice of vegetables. Fourteen euro for an extra large portion that could feed a family. 10 euro 50 for a half portion which would do most people. Tasty food, but old style. Salad bar and a nice selection of desserts are also available. Pleasant, helpful and attentive staff, who will serve up whatever you want. Popular with locals, but also a good stop off point if you are looking for a less expensive dining option on the way to Dublin airport.
Loved the experience, Carvery was excellent reasonably priced and great atmosphere full of old world charm and the background music playing added to it's appeal, well worth a visit and just outside Dublin Airport and I'd highly recommend it either before or after a flightFood: 5/5
Just visiting from England, turns out hatred for non nationals especially for Irelands closest neighbours is alive & well, the treatment we received upon arrival was nothing short of scandalous, one staff member was polite & seemed embarrassed by it all. Nice potatoes & gravy, but the rest of the food was mediocre at best. Will not be returning
The Coachman's catered for us after our mother's funeral. They were so helpful. The food was lovely, the area reserved was perfect, staff were lovely to deal with and it was very good value for money.Food: 4/5
Always busy, especially at weekends. Staff, food, top notch. Decor and surroundings and toilets have seen better days. Chef and staff were all so nice, food was plentiful and they ensured we were happy with our plates before we left the counter. We thought it was really good value for our hard earned money.Food: 4/5
Popped in for a carvery out of the blue. Plenty of people around but got served very quick. Lots to choose from the menu and half portions available too. Food was really good, opted for the beef and it was delicious. Had no room for dessert even though I had a half portion of the beef....next time perhaps.Food: 5/5
Spoke to Tommy the manager on the phone a week before arriving to ask could I book a section for 15 people coming from a months mind mass on Sunday for 1pm for the carvery. He said absolutely we can arrange that for you and it was perfect. The food was fantastic and plenty of it. Everyone was very happy with their meal. We also had their lovely desserts and coffees afterwards all served upto us by the lovely staff, highly recommend The Coachman’s if your looking for a great Sunday carvery, thanks very much Tommy Parking: Great for parking, plenty of spaces
