We stumbled upon this charming spot on our way to Southampton and were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The atmosphere felt truly authentic, and we were lucky to catch their Sunday roast—it was absolutely delicious! Prices were very reasonable, making the experience even better. Bonus points for the convenience of around 10 parking spots available right in front of the building- parking for free. A delightful find, can’t recommend it enough.
Absolutely loved my visit at the Coach & Horses. I enjoyed the mushroom & ale pie the gravy was awesome!!! and some pints of Guinness and couldn't have had a lovelier evening. Staff was lovely, 10/10 would recommend.
Absolutely the best Sunday lunch in a long time, the food was very good so please thank the chef staff for us. Melissa who served us is just a breath of fresh air, she is so friendly and jolly which makes the lunch even better. So with the wonderful food and great friendly staff and lovely ambience and atmosphere we certainly will be back. Thank you.
My friend and I are of a certain age. Old enough to have 3 courses from the seniors menu! It was lovely. Really good value fir money. Food very tasty,piping hot and plentiful. The staff..a chap behind the bar and a young girl serving chefs obviously but didn't meet them were really welcoming and there was nothing too much trouble. The place was really clean and quaint. As a woman the ladies were perfectly clean. Would highly recommend and will be revisiting.
Absolutely amazing pub,the staff were so warm and welcoming,nothing was too much trouble. My husband and I both had the gammon steak from the 2 for 15.49 offer. The food was stunning,beautifully cooked and plenty of it. We both decided to have a pudding as well,again both were delicious. I would highly recommend this pub and we would definitely visit again. Massive thankyou to all the staff looked after us,you were fantastic
