Ok but not the bewt rates on the market

I have been a customer of CIS insurance for over 20 years. in the past couple of years I have seen a massive decline in customer service, the way the business operates. they are still operating with ancient methods of business which need to be updated immediately. very very disappointed. do not take any new business with thos company.

I visited CIS building today it is sad to see the building is no longer occupied I worked  there and  had good memorable times there

Had renewal letter for car insurance wanted an extra £108 for the privileged of renewing with them,did online quote as a new customer and it was £319.57 cheaper ..!! When asked there was nothing they could do..! Ahh well tatty bye then thanks for nothing ..
