Great service yes they do seem to chat a lot but that’s wat happens wen u get all female staff, but doesn’t affect the hard work they do , of course it can be busy it’s a chemist shop , very friendly staff .
Very poor service in my opinion. Currently housebound with a chest infection and prescribed antibiotics which were never delivered. When I sent a family member to pick up prescription, they were told I was not on the list for delivery.. strange then that they delivered an inhaler to me earlier in the same week..
They are always bays behind with the prescription in today the queuewas out the door and if the 2 ladies in the back stopped talking all the time I was in the queue they may have got some work done and customers served faster you have to remember when it's open plan we can see and hear everything
Takes them 4 days to pick an inhaler off a shelf.
Only visited this pharmacy once, and the staff were super helpful. Would definitely visit here again. Thanks.
A good pharmacy in Cramlington, one of many in the town. Attached to the Village Surgery near Manor Walks. The staff are helpful and attentive.
The staff are great they put them selves out for you from answering questions to home delivery
Very unfelp staff waited 5 minutes before someone came to help me.
